Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions govern all transactions made through PawsPrank.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

All products displayed on PawsPrank.com are custom-made. Slight variations in color, material, or detail may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. PawsPrank.com reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

Prices

All prices listed on PawsPrank.com include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Klarna is not accepted at this time, but may be offered in the future.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you. We can deliver to PO Box addresses but do not deliver to military addresses or hotels. PawsPrank.com provides Royal Mail delivery in the UK, and USPS/FedEx delivery in the US. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier; however, if loss is confirmed by the carrier after investigation, a replacement may be arranged. Shipping refunds are limited to standard delivery charges.

Returns & Refunds

As products are custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects. Customers must notify PawsPrank.com within 7 days of receipt. Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition. Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected.

Liability

PawsPrank.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Privacy

PawsPrank.com respects your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
